The effect of desmopressin on bleeding time and platelet aggregation in healthy volunteers administered ticagrelor. Ticagrelor is a reversibly binding and selective P2Y12 -receptor antagonist approved for the prevention of atherothrombotic events in patients with acute coronary syndromes.
