Pilot Study Dara-CyBorD in Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma Patients With Renal Failure The goal of this study is to assess the efficacy of induction treatment with daratumumab-hyaluronidase (dara SC) with cyclophosphamide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (Dara-CyBorD) for four cycles in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who have new onset renal failure. This study will also will be assigned to receive induction treatment with daratumumab-hyaluronidase (dara SC) with cyclophosphamide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (Dara-CyBorD) for four cycles of 28 days, followed by restaging with repeat PET-CT, bone marrow evaluation, and myeloma serological testing. After induction with Dara-CyBorD, further treatment as per standard guidelines will be determined at the physician's discretion
Daratumumab in Cardiac Allograft AMR & HLA Desensitization Prior to Transplantation The purpose of this study is to learn about how well the drug daratumumab/hyaluronidase-fihj (DARZALEX Faspro™) helps to lower high levels of HLA (Human Leukocyte Antigen) antibodies in a person waiting for a heart transplant, and helps to lower HLA antibodies in heart transplant recipients who have developed ) approval by the FDA (IND 157466) for use in this research.Subjects treated for AMR will be in the study for 40 weeks, and subjects treated for HLA desensitization will be in the study for 16 weeks. Each subject will receive daratumumab/hyaluronidase-fihj 1800mg/30000u subcutaneously once a week for 8 weeks.Subjects will have close follow-up for several weeks afterwards with usual testing to monitor
Daratumumab for Chemotherapy-Refractory Minimal Residual Disease in T Cell ALL In this study, the investigators are hypothesizing that daratumumab-hyaluronidase will effectively treat T-ALL in patients who have persistent or recurrent MRD following treatment with chemotherapy. The primary hypothesis is that daratumumab-hyaluronidase will effectively eliminate chemotherapy refractory and relapsed MRD in T-ALL.
