                            Efficacy and safety analysis of TACE + sunitinib vs. sunitinib in the treatment of unresectable advanced renal cell carcinoma: a retrospective study.                             Results From a Randomized Phase II Trial of Sunitinib and Gemcitabine or Sunitinib in Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma with Sarcomatoid Features: ECOG-ACRIN E1808. Sarcomatoid renal cancer (sRCC) patients have poor outcomes. EA1808 evaluated sunitinib and gemcitabine (SG) and sunitinib alone (S) in sRCC in a randomized cooperative group phase II trial (NCT01164228). Pts were aggregated 1:1 to SG was of interest. Infantile hemangiomas (IH) are common vascular tumors in infants, with no well-defined therapeutic agents currently available.                             Ripretinib versus sunitinib in gastrointestinal stromal tumor: ctDNA biomarker analysis of the phase 3 INTRIGUE trial.                             Interaction between Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and EMT pathway mediates the mechanism of sunitinib resistance in renal cell carcinoma. Targeted drugs are the main methods of RCC treatment. However, drug resistance is common in RCC patients, in-depth study of the drug-resistant mechanism is essential. We constructed sunitinib resistant and Twist overexpressed A498 cells, and studied its mechanisms in vitro and in vivo.
